BSP Circular No. 1022 requires banks to ensure pertinent identification information and documents collected upon account opening are kept up-to-date and relevant.
In this regard, please be advised to update your customer information and other identification documents (i.e., signature cards, IDs). Especially, those who have not updated their identification information and pertinent documents for more than three (3) years from the date of account opening or the last updating.
